clarity coach, cheerleader (minus pom poms), recovering people pleaser

Hey, I'm Moll 👋

If you've landed here, chances are you're carrying that persistent nagging feeling that something needs to change — you're just not sure what, or where to start.

  • Maybe you've been trying to figure it out on your own and keep going round in circles.

  • Maybe you've been telling yourself you'll deal with it when things calm down.

  • Maybe you're wondering whether talking to someone would actually help, or whether you should just push through and get on with it.

But I think that you wouldn't be here if pushing through was working, so let me tell you why I think I actually get it

i was really good at living someone else's version of my life

I learned early that being liked felt like being safe. So I got very good at reading rooms, adjusting to what was needed, and being the person everyone could rely on. I said yes when I meant no. I kept the peace and then wondered why I'd eventually reach a point where everything came out at once, messily, in completely the wrong moment.

I didn't think of any of this as a problem. I thought I was just a good friend, a good colleague, a good partner. I was great at all the hats. I just had no idea who I was underneath them.

There were periods where I genuinely couldn't tell you what I enjoyed. What I wanted. What kind of life I was actually trying to build, vs the one that had just accumulated around me. I was getting through each week without really living any of them. Functioning, but going through the motions.

Getting back to myself wasn't quick or particularly clean. It was years of learning to actually notice — to sit with the uncomfortable stuff rather than keeping busy enough to avoid it, to start making choices based on what I actually needed rather than what felt safest or what kept everyone happy.

It included a proper career change. Not because career changes are the answer (they're not always — yours might look completely different) but because I finally let myself admit that I was craving something my remote work couldn't give me. I needed connection. I needed to do something that felt like mine. What I do now is my ikigai — the thing that sits in that overlap of what I love, what I'm good at, what the world needs, and what I can sustain. I genuinely love it.

I'm not going to pretend I've got it all figured out now. But I do know how to listen to what the different parts of me need. I know how to make decisions that feel like mine rather than the ones I thought were expected of me. And I know how to actually ask for what I need — which, honestly, used to feel impossible.

That's what I help you do ✨🩵

I trained as a coach because I know first-hand how much the right conversation at the right moment can shift things. Not someone handing you the answers — someone asking the questions that help you finally hear yourself.

I look at the full picture: what you're thinking, what you're feeling, what's draining you, what you actually value, what patterns keep pulling you off course. Not just the surface thing you come in with, but what's underneath it.

I won't tell you what to do. You genuinely have the answers already — you've just got a lot of noise in the way. What I will do is ask the questions you might be avoiding, cheer you on loudly, and occasionally — with love — point out when you're making excuses for yourself.

It tends to feel like a conversation with a friend who happens to know exactly what to ask. Comfortable, a bit challenging and a little bit fun!

what working with me actually looks like

..you want someone to tell you what to do.

I completely understand why that's sometimes what it feels like you need — especially when you're overwhelmed and just want someone to take the pressure off and hand you the answer. But here's the thing: you have the answers within you already. My job is to help you find your way to them, not to hand them over on a checklist.

If you want strategy consulting or someone to make decisions for you, I'm not your person. But if you want someone in your corner while you figure it out yourself? Pull up a chair.

I'm probably not your person if..

a bit about my background

I've been fascinated by people — why we do what we do, what keeps us stuck — for as long as I can remember. I majored in Psychology at uni, and have had a personal development book on my bedside table basically my entire adult life.

Before coaching, I spent 10 years in project and change management, helping organisations navigate complex transitions. I got very good at helping things shift direction and improve, but eventually I wanted to do that for people instead.

In 2025 I retrained and completed my Life Coach Diploma and DISC personality profiling certification. And because I believe that getting unstuck isn't just a thinking problem — I also trained as an EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) practitioner.

Here's why that matters: your thoughts, your emotions, your energy, your body — they're all connected. You can understand something completely logically and still not be able to shift it. That's what happens when you're only working with one part of the picture.

That's why I work holistically — looking at the full picture of who you are and what's going on, not just the surface thing you come in with. Everything is interconnected, and lasting change usually requires working with all of it.

I've also developed my own framework — Mojo Mapping — which brings this whole-person approach to life in a structured way.

Mojo Mapping Framework

I developed Mojo Mapping as a way to take a big-picture view of where you are — and where things feel off.

It looks at the full picture of what makes you you: where your energy is coming from, what gives you meaning, how connected you feel, where joy has gone, and how well you're actually looking after yourself.

Because it's rarely just one thing. And the area you haven't looked at in a while is usually the one doing the most damage quietly.

The six Mojo Dimensions: 🔋 Energy & Capacity ✨ Purpose & Meaning 🤗 Connection & Belonging 🎉 Joy & Play 🩵 Self Care & Compassion 🫆Identity & Authenticity

Mojo Mapping makes all of it visible, without judgement, and forms the foundations of the Wayfinder programme and Reflect & Reset events.
