The Compass Call is a single coaching session designed to get you out of your own head and onto a direction.

We'll look at what each option would actually give you, what matters most to you underneath all the practical stuff, and where your head, heart, and gut are pointing. Even if they're all pointing in completely different directions right now.

What a life would look and feel like when not just getting through the week. And then we'll figure out the pathway towards it.

The six sessions:

1 — Why does life feel so off?

We start with Mojo Mapping — my framework for taking a big-picture view of your whole self, not just the obvious stuff. We look across 6 dimensions of your life to find where things are out of balance, what's draining you, and what's been missing. Most people leave this session with a name for something they've been feeling for a long time but couldn't quite articulate. That naming matters more than it sounds.

2 — Who are you underneath the noise?

This is where we get to the real you — not the version that people-pleases, performs, or just keeps the peace. We uncover your values, identify what you genuinely need, and explore your personality through a DISC profile. If it's relevant, you'll do some interest mapping as between sessions, reconnecting with what actually lights you up when you're not thinking about what you're supposed to want.

3 — What's been keeping you stuck?

By now we can start to see the patterns — the ones that keep repeating, the stories underneath them, and what they've been protecting you from. We look at what it would actually look like to believe and respond differently.

4 — Energy, capacity & boundaries

We get honest about what's actually filling and draining you — because you cannot make clear decisions from an empty cup. We look at what it would take to actually protect your energy, and the boundaries that need work.

5 — What would a life that fits actually look like?

Visioning — but the honest version. Not what you think you should want, or what looks good on paper, or what everyone else seems to be doing. What do YOU actually want? What would a life that fits genuinely, specifically you look and feel like?

6 — Your next chapter

Then we get practical. We do a time audit — an honest look at how you're actually spending your time right now — and hold it up against what you've just said you want. Where's the alignment? Where are the gaps? What's taking up space that belongs to someone else's version of your life?

We map out what actually needs to shift, in what order, and what that realistically looks like.

Not a vague list of intentions. A direction that's grounded in who you actually are and what you actually want — with real steps to move towards it.

You leave this session knowing what you're going to do. Not just feeling a bit better about everything.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a supportive, forward-focused process that helps you uncover your own answers. It’s a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space where we talk about your goals, values, and challenges — and create a clear, realistic path forward.

As your coach, I’ll walk alongside you, asking thoughtful questions, helping you connect the dots, and holding space for your growth. You'll be the one making decisions and taking action, and I'll be here to support and encourage you every step of the way.

What does Coaching not involve?

Coaching is not about advice-giving, mentoring, or counselling. I won't be telling you what to do — instead, I’ll help you discover what’s right for you.

If, at any point, it feels like coaching isn’t the most helpful approach for you, we’ll talk about it openly and explore alternative support options together.

Do I need to know what I want before starting coaching?

Short answer: no.

Many people come to me feeling unclear, disconnected, or unsure what they want — and that’s not a problem, it’s often the starting point. You don’t need a fully formed goal or a 5-year plan. You just need a willingness to be curious about what’s going on for you right now. Clarity comes through the process, not before it.

Will this mean big scary life changes?

Only if you want it to. Some people make visible changes — careers, boundaries, routines. Others experience quieter but equally powerful shifts — how they think, feel, choose and relate to themselves. The size of the change is always up to you.

We move at your pace, within your real-life constraints, and with respect for your nervous system and capacity.
